Aims:

Short description of the ILC accelerator, identify key technology challenges
Choose 1 to the 2 detector proposals and review it, what technology are new and need further R&D.
Discuss which Higgs properties are important and can be measured at the ILC and which which precision.
Can the ILC perform a BSM Higgs program ?
Compare precision on Higgs properties than could be obtained by the HL-LHC and the ILC and identify whether would the ILC be complementary/better/worse than LHC to study different Higgs properties.
