Aims:

Identify the key LHC accelerator upgrade features to reach high luminosity in Phase 1 and Phase 2
Identify the key CMS and ATLAS detector upgrade features to cope with high luminosity and be able to perform a complete Higgs boson study program
Discuss which Higgs properties are important and can be measured at the LHC with high luminosity and which precision can be obtained in Phase 1 and Phase 2 by the ATLAS and CMS experiments.
